Hobby Streak Day 10 – Magnetising War Walker
Today despite the cold I pressed on with assembling the War Walker clipped out and cleaned yesterday. The main thing I worked was magnetising all the various weapon options. I made sure the magnet polarities were all the right way around for all the mounts and weapons so they are all fully interchangeable. Aside from that I began cementing the bits into sub-assemblies. Given this was an ebay find and I did not have any instructions it took a bit of head scratching to see how it all went together. I have it sussed now though. That will be enough for today. I would like to do more but the house is so cold. The forecast for tomorrow suggests a much warmer day so perhaps I will put in an extra effort then.
